Hitachi, is a leading multinational corporation in Japanese. Founded in 1910, it grew from a small electrical repairs shop to one of the leading new technology manufactures rapidly. At Hitachi Works, the senior management personnel participate in rotations for a few years before they career develops toward the stature of the head office. Due to this method a large number of senior managers at Hitachi Ltd have at some point worked at Hitachi Works.
